The color on this malachite specimen is a rich vivid green that is truly gorgeous.  The malachite has grown in the usual bubble-like botryoidal formation that is often seen in malachite, and it completely covers the display face of this specimen. The whole surface is covered with microscopic crystals which sparkle and twinkle in the light. There is also a small .3" stalactite growing out of the surface of the malachite. The bubbles are smooth and there is no damage.
