This is a delightful turquoise blue barite specimen from the now-closed locality in Morocco. The thin bladed crystals are razor-sharp and are arrayed in a sculptural display on matrix, made of up fans of lustrous, nearly transparent barite. Unlike so many of the specimens from this locality, this piece has virtually no damage and no brown limonite contacts.
