This specimen is a fine example of the diaspore found in Turkey.  In sunlight, this crystal exhibits pleochroism, showing a champagne light yellow at one angle, and a pastel green from another, as you move the crystal in the light.  This crystal is terminated, and because it is thin, you can look right through the transparent gem.
