Here is a lovely specimen of grossular garnet crystal from the famous, now-closed Jeffrey Mine in Quebec. The crystals, which strongly resembles cut gemstones, have a super-saturated cinnamon orange color that is very eye-catching. The dodecahedral crystals are very sharp, and the gleaming faces have a flashy, adamantine luster.
