Here is an exceptional specimen featuring deep blue azurite on a matrix that includes green malachite. The front of the specimen is completely covered with large, sharp crystals to 1/2". On the side there are several deep vugs in the matrix which are lined with small, brilliantly flashy blue azurite. The rich, highly saturated ultramarine blue azurite is absolutely gorgeous, and helps make this a highly aesthetic display specimen.
