Here's a lovely specimen of muscovite mica, formed into rare five-pointed stars with a bright, pearly luster and a rich, glowing, golden yellow color. The largest star is 1.5" tip to tip, and there are many other stars in a variety of sizes.  This is a fine example of this rare for of muscovite, and there is no damage.
