If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund the purchase price in full upon safe return of the specimen in its original condition, if you notify us within two weeks. If we sent you the wrong specimen or if the problem is our fault, we will also pay return shipping.
If your specimen arrived broken or damaged, we are very sorry that this happened with your specimen - we do our best to pack everything safely, but accidents do happen occasionally. If there is damage, notify us and will be happy to file a postal insurance claim to get you a refund as quickly as possible. Please do not return the broken specimen to us; the post office will not honor a claim on the original shipment if it is shipped back to us.
