Spiky sprays of hemimorphite crystals stick out all over this dramatic specimen of "porcupine" hemimorphite from Mexico. The crystals are sharply terminated, and are gemmy-clear, with brilliant, flashy luster. The crystals sit atop a matrix of brown limonite, which is not visibile form the display side of the piece. There is no damage.
