4.1" RED CAP AMETHYST Purple Crystals w-Hematite Thunder Bay Ontario for sale

Here is a highly aesthetic specimen of sharp, flashy and brilliantly lustrous red cap amethyst-purple amethyst crystals covered with red due to microscopic inclusions of hematite (iron) in the outermost layer. The hematite layer colors the amethyst a dark red, while the amethyst below the caps (as seen on the edges of the specimen) is a lovely royal purple. There is no damage on this superb specimen.
