This is a fine example of cinnamon-orange grossular garnet from the classic, now closed Jeffrey Mine in Asbestos, Quebec. The dodecahedral crystals are sharply formed and gem-like, with brilliant, adamantine luster which makes them flash and sparkle in the light.
