3.1" Brilliant Orange ORPIMENT Fine Sharp Crystals to.5" Twin Creeks NV for sale

This fine orpiment specimen hails from the celebrated world-class find in the early 2000's at Nevada's Twin Creeks Mine. The crystals are up to 14mm in size, and all are brilliantly lustrous, so the piece lights up with bright reflection hot spots as it is examined. The color is a rich golden orange, and there is no damage other than a few minor scrapes near the edges. The crystals are exceptionally sharp and well formed, and are emplaced on actual matrix – a rarity since most of the crystals from this find were on massive orpiment.
