This is a superb pseudomorph specimen which features very sharp malachite replacement pseudomorphs after azurite crystals to 1.3". The malachite is a rich, dark, forest green, with a velvety surface formed of microscopic crystals. The azurite appears to have been completely replaced, and the malachite retains the precise shape of the azurite crystals. This fine specimen came out of the Milpillas Mine several years ago, and the zone it came from is now completely mined out, so there won't be any more. No damage.
