* If items are returned, discounts will be adjusted to actual final value before making a refund.
* 50% off items will not be discounted again.
* Stands, books and wholesale flats are not eligible for discounts

This program offers cumulative discounts based on the total value of all of your purchases, from the day you sign up for the program. This plan allows you to lock in your discount level for as long as you remain an active customer.

For this program, the above conditions apply, plus:
* Purchases made prior to enrolling in the plan do not count toward the new Customer Loyalty discount.
* Total used to calculate discount percentage returns to zero if no additional purchases are made within one year.
* This plan cannot be combined with our Preferred Customer Discount plan.
